Individual classes
● These are classes bought individually not using a class pass.
● All individual classes are non-refundable and are unable to be rescheduled.
● Individual classes can be transferred to another person but only with consent from Purple Heart Yoga. For example, if you can't make a retreat / workshop and want to gift it to another person, you must ask permission from Purple Heart Yoga before going ahead.

● These are a group of multiple class bookings (e.g: 5 or 10 classes), bought in bulk for a one off purchase.
● The 5 Class” and “New Student Introduction” passes are valid for 3 months.
● The “10 class” pass is valid for 6 months.
● Class passes cover all Purple Heart Yoga classes and locations. For day retreats, Class pass holders can receive a loyalty discount.
● All class passes are non-refundable.
● Class passes can be paused or extended in special circumstances. It is your
responsibility to reach out to Purple Heart Yoga for this to be actioned. For example, if you are injured unexpectedly and cannot attend classes for some time, tell me and I can pause your pass so you have it waiting for after your recovery.
● Students can reschedule their bookings up to 4 hours before the start of the booking. This is done on the website.

Yoga class etiquette
All equipment provided is property of Purple Heart Yoga. Any damage or misuse will result in a charge made to the student for replacement.
Please arrive 5 - 10 mins before the start of class for you to get settled. Due to venue bookings we need to start and finish on time.

If you are going to be late:
It's incredibly important to respect the students and teacher in the class if class has started.
If you are under 5 mins late:
Please be as quiet as possible. If I give you the nod of 'ok' you may enter, please find a space quietly and join the class.
If I shake my head to say “no”, or you are over 5 mins late:
Please come back another time and try to be earlier so you don't miss out in the future. Classes will not be refunded due to lateness.
If you need to leave early - please let the teacher know beforehand and leave quietly when needed without disruption.
